I decided to write a little on quantum physics because it is an extremely valuable and important topic to discuss. In my opinion the basic understanding of quantum physics is the key to the answer of the universe and the key to unlocking your true individual power locked deep within yourself. Here’s a quick crash course to help you unlock a completely different dimension of reality. The one and only, true Reality! Continue reading “Quantum Physics for Dummies”
As I started learning and researching the Bible I began to ask myself questions. Such as ” Does the bible mention the stars, moon and the sun?” I know its a biblical book but I’ve never once heard a church bring up space or the stars. Actually it was kind of frowned upon. My way of thinking was “God created the stars and space so why wouldn’t it be mentioned in the Bible and why is this never spoken of?.” Here’s what I found and why it is extremely important for every person to know and understand these biblical concepts.
Ever since I experienced my spiritual awakening last year it has driven me to examine the bible. One might say I’m even a little obsessed with it. But for good reason. Once a person experiences a God-like event in his or her life they are no longer the same. Whether you like it or not.
My awakening came about 4 to 5 months into my meditation practices. I actually started to meditate because I was struggling with some ADD/ADHD issues, which are now almost completely gone. As important and life-changing as mediation has been for myself as well as billions of others, I started to question, “This has to be in the bible right?”
Turns out, the entire bible is written in dark sayings, parables and allegory. Most people have zero freaking clue what the bible is actually saying. But this is not their faults as the bible has been edited from version to version and from Hebrew/Aramaic, Greek and lastly to English.
But, it is extremely important for a person that is willing and committed to live their life for God that they have a full understanding of what the bible is actually trying to tell us.
In a nutshell, the bible is a book on personal enlightenment. Each and every story in the bible is relating itself to the anatomy of the human body, our own personal egos and our eternal infinite souls.
Depending on who taught you the meanings of the bible will determine if you agree with that statement or not. But keep this in mind, the bible is NOT A LITERAL BOOK. It is full of symbolism, allegory and dark sayings. It is after all, a spiritual book.
Let’s take a look at a rather popular scripture from Christ himself, Luke 17:21
Once, on being asked by the Pharisees when the kingdom of God would come, Jesus replied, “The coming of the kingdom of God is not something that can be observed, 21 nor will people say, ‘Here it is,’ or ‘There it is,’ because the kingdom of God is within you.”
What exactly did Christ mean by “within.”
It means exactly this……
A person has to learn how to sit still and calm their racing monkey minds in order to activate the billions of dormant brain cells located in the right side of the brain. When a person successfully learns how to sit still in meditation and create space in between their thoughts, then guess what? That person is allowing the LIGHT of God to enter within themselves.
It’s quite odd that the only thing a person has to do in order to experience the beauty of God is to sit still and calm their minds. Man are most of us way off!
Why on earth do you think that since the beginning of time people all over the world have been meditating? Think about it people.
Another thing, why does the bible constantly mention coming from the “east” and when Jesus says “Cast your net to the right side.” He’s talking about the right hemisphere of our brains, which is the creative, spiritual side. Take a little look into science and spirituality and you will find they have a common ground.
So lets all do as Jesus says and “Look Within Oursleves” instead of constantly looking and searching outside of ourselves for validation and security. That is a never ending battle. You have everything you need inside of you. The problem is that damn highway of thoughts that begins from the time you wake until the time you sleep are playing tricks on ya.
Take it from a guy who suffers from constant overthinking. If I can calm down my thoughts, I believe you can too. And trust me when I say it will be the best decision of your entire life while your walking your journey back home to God.
We all have that inner negative voice that absolutely loves to pop in from time to time, (some more than others) but what exactly is this voice and why do we all have this? What exactly is its purpose?
As I sit behind this computer screen broken, hurt, and confused, my mind is searching for the correct words to express myself. I sit angry, sad, and baffled how I lost my beautiful soul Chelsea. She was the one, let me correct myself, she is the one and this broken man behind this CPU screen isn’t going down without a fight.
We hear people telling others to take a deep breath. This usually means calm down. Taking a deep breath at the beginning of the day and throughout the day with a purposeful focus on breathing in and out slowly definitely helps. When you take a deep breath it tells the neurons in your brain to relax and slow down. This is using the art of mindfulness. Taking several deep breaths helps you focus and keeps your attention on the goal you wish to achieve. It doesn’t happen immediately, but practice makes perfect.
Focus! Focus! Focus! Teachers, business leaders, scientist say it. But, what does focus mean when everyone uses this word. It means you start out with 30 seconds eliminating all distractions and while breathing slowing controlling what comes to your mind. Eventually, your seconds turn into minutes, 10, 15 or 30 minutes. Your ability to capture your thoughts, and visualize what you hope to accomplish materializes in your affirmed dream.
Finally, Living With Purpose requires the deep breaths and training your mind and body to focus. However, it also requires setting goals, taking advantage of opportunities and active involvement in making your dream come true. Set attainable goals. It’s okay to fail that’s part of the journey. But, don’t ignore barriers. For example, if it’s always been your dream to paint a striking, memorable piece of art which will become a classic piece of art, it’s time to examine yourself. If you want to draw or paint, take a class. Learn the basics. Setting realistic goals helps you in the short and long terms. This is part of mindful, purposeful living.
Next, see opportunities in the people you meet, or situations you find yourself. The opportunity for learning is always available to us. Opportunities come in different scenarios, messengers, shapes, and sizes. Just a casual conversation opens your mind or introduces a new thought.
Last, do the work. Go to lectures, take a class, or read books. This helps give you facts which means your goals are close at hand. Be adventurous and stretch your brain. Every time you hide away in your comfortable place step out. Learn something thing new. As long as the direction is positive and expanding your mind, your journey for purpose continues. Stay in a state of mindfulness. Remain conscious of your goals. Keep your mind on what goals you’re trying to reach.
Living With Purpose is essential to contentment with your life and conclusions for each project you wish to achieve. Reassure yourself consistently that you’re on the right track.
What Is Power Of The Mind
Mind power gives you the opportunity of being aware of your goals. You have a chance to envision the things you want to do and achieving your goals. Your thought pattern will determine your progress along with your peace of mind. A positive mind can improve your health and well being along with getting important tasks done on time. You always have to keep your mind moving towards enlightenment to keep your focus. Conflicts will come, but a strong mindset can help your overcome any challenges that may arise. It”s a simple as the old cliché; “mind over matter.”
Take Advantage Of Having A Strong Mind
You should always set your expectations high and reach for your goals. If you’re trying to be successful, set your mind up for success. In contrast, if you think you will fail, you’re probably setting yourself up for failure. You can have what you tell yourself you can have, or you can be what you tell yourself that you can be. This mind exercise works really well for your career opportunities. The power of the mind is about your willingness to drive your mind in a positive direction.
How To Improve Your Mind
We exercise our bodies, why not exercise the mind? Your thoughts are vibrations of energy, and dominating the thought process can have tremendous benefits. Constantly exercise your mind to think positive. You can gradually sharpen your mind with new information, developing the different depths, and/or increasing your mind focus. In fact, the brain should be stimulated every day. It’s also very important to practice mindfulness. Mindfulness is being aware of something in a mental state. If you’re aware of the power of the mind, it will be easier for you to use willpower.
If you’re thinking negative, it’s important to change your thoughts to work for you. Focus your awareness on good things, your goals, and how you will achieve your tasks. In fact, it’s also important to have good thoughts about people and places around you. You’re encouraged to find the good in everything. Changing your thoughts seems like a straightforward and simple task, but being aware is something you will have to work on to achieve a strong mindset.
Shut out the outside noise
It is important that you turn off all the outside noise that might be getting you distracted. The most successful people in this world are those who just listen to their own gut feeling and take the action needed to succeed. If people are getting you down on the internet, remember that they are just trolls who don’t have their own life figured out either. If you are passionate about your plans for the future, it doesn’t matter what others are going to say to you. You need to stay true to yourself and shut off that outside noise.
Remember that the more you work on yourself, the better you will become
Whether you want to be a pro skater, a doctor, a writer, or a business owner, you need to believe that the work you put in is really going to pay off big in the long run. When you don’t believe in this concept, it is going to be difficult for you to finally find the success you are looking for. The lack of belief is going to keep you from working hard on your skills that will finally make your dreams come true. However, if you believe in yourself, you are going to finally take the massive action day after day that it takes to push yourself towards greatness.
Belief turns into confidence
It is important for you to be confident in your future. This confidence will help you to land the job of your dreams, find the love of your life, and get the clients that your business needs to push you to the next level. Once you start taking the action due to the fact that you just believe, you will see major results that will push you even further towards your goals.
As long as you truly believe in yourself, the future is yours. You can accomplish just about anything you want if you have the belief structure to make it happen. You will be happier and less anxious than ever once you finally believe. Be patient with yourself. It can take time before you just fully believe in yourself. Each day is an opportunity for you to grow your belief in yourself and create the self-reliance that makes great leaders, record-setting athletes, and strong business owners.
Now, you would think that in this situation you’d be pretty mindful and in the moment. Your adrenaline is rushing and you’re hyper aware, and even though you crashed you were still mindful enough to help someone else out. But, being in the moment isn’t the same as true mindfulness. In fact, it is another state altogether, a state of survival. You have to be aware and living in the moment to survive. Most of us haven’t begun to think beyond survival to consider other dimensions of reality.
True mindfulness is about thriving in a state of awareness, compassion and empathy. Of course, you have to be present to be in this state, but the other passenger is actually closer to this state of mindfulness in our story. This person can see immediately our perspective and our urgency to make our train. They are truly seeing things as if they were in our shoes. Now, it’s true we also had compassion and helped a bit before excusing ourselves, but we weren’t really aware or compassionate of the other passenger’s situation. They could have been coming off a previous train or they could have been trying to catch the same train! We were too caught up in surviving to have real compassion and be in a state of mindfulness. We were in a psychological state of the mind. The other passenger was in a state of conscience. To know the difference between awareness and consciousness, you must first figure out who is aware of your awareness. Hint: It isn’t the ego. True mindfulness is the awareness that we are all connected. This awareness allows true compassion and empathy to come as naturally as taking a breath.
With true mindfulness your perspective and perception on everything changes and you begin to see a new world around you. Or rather, you begin to see the world around you in a new way. With compassion and empathy so many of life’s struggles and suffering can be put into proper perspective. Would we really be fighting over everything if we could all reach the state of true mindfulness and change the way we we see the world?
